Leave beyond 8 days:

Full-time employees shall receive 85% of
regular, straight-time earnings up to 30 days in accordance with years of
service and Labor-Management Agreement schedule
- Employees with 6 or more years of service: 65% of regular, straight-time earnings
beginning with 31st day and ending as specified in agreement

CWA:
- Payment for unused sick-leave shall be made to the employee in the form of a bonus check in
a lump sum amount at the end of the calendar year provided the employee is still on the payroll
at that time

non-bargaining units:
- 13 paid sick leave days each year, with no limit on accumulation of time

payment for 10% of unused sick leave up to 500 hours upon separation after 10 years of
continuous service

Compassionate Leave: |
