PALM BEACH COUNTY
NSP2 NEIGHBORHOOD RENTAL REDEVELOPMENT LOAN PROGRAM
RFP HCD.NSP2.2010.1

The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting proposals from eligible parties to redevelop vacant properties in the County’s Urban Redevelopment Area for residential rental use under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 Neighborhood Rental Redevelopment Loan Program.  Full details are contained in the RFP package.

The RFP package may be obtained from the Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), 100 Australian Avenue, Suite 500, West Palm Beach, FL 33406.  A potential RFP respondent must register at HCD upon receipt of the RFP package in order for its subsequent proposal, if any, to be accepted.  Please direct questions to Carlos Serrano, Senior Planner, HCD at (561) 233-3608 or cserrano@pbcgov.org.

A RFP Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Palm Beach County Governmental Center, McEaddy Conference Room (12th Floor), 301 North Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.

The RFP Submittal deadline is 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 29, 2010.
