Local Government Area of Opportunity Funding
for the 9% Housing Credits RFA 2023-202
Palm Beach County made available $1,000,000 from the federal HOME Investments Partnership Program (HOME) to serve as the Local Government Area of Opportunity Funding (LGAOF) contribution for an application to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation's (FHFC) 9% Housing Credits Program RFA 2023-202. The only eligible use of the HOME funds is the LGAOF contribution for RFA 2023-202. The funds will be provided to one (1) developer as a loan commitment conditioned on FHFC award of the 9% Housing Credits. Full details are contained in the RFP.
All proposals were received on June 21, 2023 prior to 4:00pm. No proposals are being accepted at this time.
