Oxygen Development, LLC is expanding its Palm Springs manufacturing facility that will result in the creation of 300 new jobs with an average salary of $42,692. This $20.4M project is supported with funding from the Palm Beach County Section 108 Loan Program and Fifth-Third Bank, as well as a U.S. Small Business Administration First Capital Finance Corporation.

Oxygen Development is a world-class leader in the development and production of high quality color cosmetics, skin care, hair care, and other over-the-counter products. They serve as an outsourcing partner to major global brands both domestically and internationally.  In 2010, Palm Beach County assisted Oxygen through a loan to support the current 220,000 square-foot headquarters, which has created 1,200 new jobs to date. The company is now expanding its operations to include a new 160,000 square-foot facility to manufacture nutraceuticals.

“I’m excited that Oxygen Development continues to make investments in our County creating hundreds of additional jobs, and I’m thankful to our Economic Development staff who have been instrumental in facilitating Oxygen’s growth in Palm Beach County,” said Commissioner Gregg Weiss.
