21st Century Palm Beach County 2005 Economic Summit Concludes
County Commission Chairman Tony Masilotti offers comments during the 2005 Economic Summit at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Several hundred people attended the two-day conference November 9 and 10 which focused on seven areas of economic development: Industries of the Mind; Agribusiness, Equestrian and Food; Smart Growth and Transportation; International Investment; Quality of Place; Education; and Housing.
Input from the visioning session will be used in an update of the County’s long-range strategic economic development plan, which will serve as a guide for the next 10 to 15 years.
