​At the May 2, 2023, Board of County Commissioners meeting, the board took the following action on the regular agenda:

Administration – received and filed the updated Board Directive Reports, which include in process and completed board directive items.

Airports – approved a $696,969 contract with Horsepower Electric Inc. for 165 calendar days for the Advance Warning Signage project at Palm Beach International Airport.

Housing & Economic Development – approved Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus funding up to $1,630,785 for The Lord’s Place Inc.

Legislative Affairs – staff gave a status report on BCC priorities and appropriation requests lobbied during the 2023 Florida Legislative Session in Tallahassee.
