Vice Mayor Maria G. Marino
On April 18, 2024, Vice Mayor Maria G. Marino unveiled the newly renamed street sign “Edna Runner Way” in memory of Ms. Edna W. Runner. Ms. Runner, a longtime Jupiter resident, served as executive director of the Edna W. Runner Tutorial Center from 2002-2023. She was an instrumental community leader who provided after-school care to thousands of at-risk students in Limestone Creek for over 37 years. A portion of Church Street now reads “Edna Runner Way.”
