On April 24, 2024, PZB hosted members of the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors (association) for presentations by the Planning and Zoning Divisions at Vista Center in West Palm Beach.  

Representatives from the divisions provided an overview of various topics including the Comprehensive Plan, workforce housing, zoning approval processes, GIS tools and so much more.  Speakers included Senior Planners Michael Howe, Travis Goodson and Melissa Michael from the Planning Division and Principal Site Planners Monica Cantor and Kevin Andrews from the Zoning Division.

PZB Public Information Manager Lucia Bonavita and Regional Vice President Leslie Suarez of the Realtors Association provided opening remarks. 

This was the third of a series of presentations by PZB for the association.​
