SECTION 15. HUMANE EDUCATION. A. It is hereby considered to be a valid public purpose to educate the population of the county concerning the law and the proper care and respect for animals. In accordance with this duty, the Division shall make adequate provision for conducting appropriate educational programs. B. The Division shall prepare a pamphlet codifying local animal laws current in the county and shall make copies of this available upon request at no charge. |
