Palm Beach County/UF–IFAS Extension offers nutrition education to groups of ALL ages. Nutrition education is delivered at your location by trained program assistants.
The Expanded Family Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) The Expanded Family Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) offers a series of FREE in-depth nutrition education for adults including a 24–hour food recall evaluation. 
The USDA Expanded Family Nutrition Program offers adult nutrition education to food stamp or food stamp eligible individuals and families. A series of 6-7 lessons includes a comprehensive diet evaluation using a pre and post 24 hour recall. Nutrition Essentials – A series twelve nutrition topics teaching balance, variety, and moderation in developing healthy lifestyle choices. MyPlate is introduced; portion size, meal planning, shopping, label reading, and the importance of active lifestyles are investigated.
