The Community Action Board consists of 22 members. Seven members are elected public officials or their appointees; seven members are representatives of business, industry, religion, education or other major groups or interests; and nine members are democratically selected by the board to assure that they are representatives of the poor in the areas served.
Board Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the basement conference room at the Department of Community Services, 810 Datura St., West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The meetings are open to the public.
