Offering migrant and seasonal farm workers the opportunity to gain the education, training, and on-the-job experience necessary to make the transition to a stable, productive career.

Eligibility is limited to those individuals who have, during any consecutive 12-month period within the 24-month period preceding their application for enrollment:

• been a seasonal farm worker or a migrant farm worker; and
• received at least 50 percent of their total earned income or been employed at least 50 percent of their total work time in farm work; and,
• been identified as a member of a family which receives public assistance or whose annual family income does not exceed the poverty level.

Dependents are also eligible.
