Q. Regarding proof of child support, some of our families have children out of wedlock and honestly don’t know who the father is. What do we do in this case? If a mother has never started a child support case, would the Family Law case printout from Dept. of Revenue & Check History reflect that? A. If there is a father indicated on the child's birth certificate, the client can seek child support. When a father is listed, we need proof of child support or the print-out from Family Law Court stating they have requested child support. If a father is not indicated on the child's birth certificate, then no child support documentation is necessary. Q. Is there a deadline to submit the 2009 SCSP Provider Registration Form? A. No, there is no deadline…but if a Provider wants to be in the 2009 Directory (which is used by clients to choose their childrens' camps), the registration form must be submitted by December 11, 2008. |
