Provision of disposable supplies used by the recipient and/or caregiver, which are essential to adequately care for the recipient's needs. Such supplies enable the recipient to perform activities of daily living or stabilize or monitor a health condition. These supplies must be authorized by a case manager but do not require a physician's prescription.
