Follow My Lead: Developmentally Appropriate Physical Activities for Young Children. Children are meant to move. Children who are physically active have a greater chance of being healthy for a lifetime. Movement contributes significantly to children's cognitive and critical thinking skills. It also develops an enhanced capacity for problem solving skills. this workshop will focus on stimulating, age-appropriate physical activities for toddlers and preschoolers. |
