Teaching Young Children to Cope with Stress (Every Time I Bow My Top I Lose My Head). Stress is the body's response to any demand or pressure placed on it. Children, like adults experience stress. They deal with stress based on what they know best - what they are taught and how they observe others around them handle stressful situations. in this workshop, participants will be introduced to the most common techniques used to help children cope with stress. There will be opportunity to practice some of the techniques. |
