Susan B. Yoffee concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and trust litigation, securities litigation/arbitration, commercial litigation and appeals.  During her career she has handled a wide array of litigation, including golf course design and construction litigation, securities arbitrations, probate and trust litigation involving will contests and the removal and surcharge of trustees, shareholder disputes, non-compete agreements, contract disputes and real estate commission disputes.

Prior to joining Haile, Shaw & Pfaffenberger, P.A., Ms. Yoffee served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable James H. Walden at the Fourth District Court of Appeal in Florida.  She is a member of the Florida and Colorado bars, as well as the American Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Ms. Yoffee is a 1985 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, and a 1982 graduate of Boston University, where she obtained her baccalaureate degree, Magna Cum Laude.

Ms. Yoffee was nominated for the Athena award in 2010 in recognition of her commitment to public service and the advancement of women.  She is a graduate of the West Palm Beach Leadership class of 2010.  Ms. Yoffee volunteers her time as a mentor, guardian ad litem, and participant in College Summit seminars to provide students the assistance needed to apply for colleges.  During her free time, Ms. Yoffee enjoys adventure travel to exotic destinations, such as Nepal, India and Vietnam.
