• Trial experience covers a wide spectrum of matters, including contracts and commercial disputes, injunctive and equitable remedies, breach of fiduciary duty, probate litigation, fraud, creditors' rights, defamation, enforcement of restrictive covenants, employment claims, real estate disputes and breaches of commercial leases.
