The Businesses Addressing Readiness & Recovery Program (BARR) is a business preparedness initiative of Palm Beach County Division of Emergency Management. BARR promotes awareness and offers guidance for business disaster planning, survival and recovery strategy development, and mitigation initiatives through presentations, workshops, plan reviews, site assessments, web services and other means.
