Fair Housing in Palm Beach County   The Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"), which has the authority and responsibility to enforce the anti-discrimination provisions of Title VIII, has determined that the Palm Beach County Office of Equal Opportunity fair housing ordinance is substantially equivalent to Title VIII. As such, HUD will refer your complaint to the Palm Beach County Office of Equal Opportunity agency for investigation and notify you of the referral.
