All newly constructed single family residential parcels will receive a Residential 1 and 2 form with standard conditions for protecting native vegetation as part of the building permit process.
These standard conditions are:
- Removal of native vegetation is limited to the minimum amount necessary based on the approved building site plan;
- Complete removal of prohibited invasive non-native vegetation must be completed prior to receiving a Certificate of Occupancy from the Building Department; and
- Continued maintenance of the parcel is required to prevent these exotic plants from regrowing.
