By State Law, the Commission on Ethics in Tallahassee each year must compile a list, by county, of all local government officials required to file a Financial Disclosure Statement. The list is sent to the Supervisor of Elections, who sends a Financial Disclosure form to each official on the list. The list consists of all elected municipal officials, elected County officials, and members of various special districts and advisory boards that the Commission on Ethics has ruled must file.
