Mission Statement

The role of the Capital Improvements Division (C.I.D.) is to provide project management services for a wide variety of projects by the management of contracted professional services for the programming, design, and construction of new buildings and related facilities and the expansion or improvement of existing facilities.

What Do We Do?

 

Capital Improvements Division (C.I.D.) provides the following services:

  • Procurement and administration of architectural and engineering services
  • Serve as liaison to user agencies for our design consultants and construction contracts
  • Administer bids and other procurement activities for capital projects
  • Administer capital project construction activity
