EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES MIGRATION The County has developed a MedCom communication plan to migrate all of the County’s EMS communications to the County Wide 800 MHz System by 2004. The County has activated 16 Direct-To-Hospital Talk-Groups for Emergency Medical communications.  The County has developed a plan, that was recently approved by the State Of Florida, and is proceeding with implementing the plan.
