The FS Division serves as the liaison with the Purchasing Department and contract administrator for all goods and service contracts utilized by the Operations Divisions of FDO. These include, but are not limited to, the administration of custodial, grounds maintenance, and other service related contracts.
As needed, the FS Division also develops agreements to assist the Operations Divisions in their mission essential tasks which include maintenance assistance to those Departments having FMD Service Agreements in place.
The Facilities Services (FS) Division provides non-construction (maintenance) related procurement to the Operations Divisions of Facilities Development & Operations (FDO), Facilities Management Division (FMD), Electronic Services & Security (ESS) and Departments external to FDO.
To accomplish this, the FS Division administers the following contracts:
