We are a small group of talented people who make a difference in how well the County government works. We are involved in the oversight and responsible disposal of publicly-owned assets and records. We manage a multi-million dollar revenue recovery program. We ensure that costs of mitigating community impacts created by the development of lands in the County are equitably shared. And mostly, we help other departments of county government realize their performance potentials through a combination of internal consultancy, advisory services, and strategic issues development.There's more

 

Harnessing Organizational Performance: Departments Are "Signing Up"
OFMB has launched a major overhaul of the County's performance measurement program, and departments are beginning to see the benefits. The multi-year initiative is directed at updating the county's 10-year old performance measurement program to build on the strengths of the organization. Go there
 
Management Reports Now Available On-Line
Our Management & Program Analysis group conducts organization and management studies to recommend improvements in County services and to assist in developing operational solutions. Reports published since the year 2001are now available for download on-line wherever you see the document icon above. Older reports can be purchased for a nominal fee by calling the Division office.Go there
