PALM BEACH COUNTY Palm Beach County and its Commission on Affordable Housing (CAH) hereby announce the availability of $800,000 in State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) funds through the Robert E. Pinchuck Memorial Affordable Housing Trust Fund. These funds will be utilized as the local match for Florida Housing’s Universal Cycle (tax credit) Application. This is a competitive application process. Applications will be accepted March 23, 2009 through April 13, 2009. The Commission on Affordable Housing (CAH) Advisory Committee will begin reviewing all applications during the week of April 20, 2009. Incomplete applications will not receive funding consideration.
