• Leave with pay for jury duty (up to 8 hours per day, 10 hour day employees will be required to take annual leave for the remaining 2 hours)
• Leave with pay for military reasons (military reserve unit and National Guard receive 17 days paid leave per calendar year upon presentation of orders for annual duty)
• Personal leaves of absence without pay for medical, educational, or other personal reasons (once approved by the department director and Human Resources director)
