Mission:
The Training & Organizational Development Section (TOD) of Human Resources is responsible for providing learning opportunities and career counseling to employees of all levels to enhance job performance, skill development and the County's overall effectiveness. TOD meets these challenges through a variety of half- and full-day programs covering diverse topics such as customer service, communication, productivity, supervisory skills, and self-development. Career counseling for County employees is provided to help them identify career options, set goals, write resumes, prepare for job interviews, and research for long-term career planning.
