The CINEMA system (Countywide Information Network for Electronic Media Access) is the new electronic records management system developed jointly by ISS and ERM. The employees from these two departments developed this application to create an archival and retrieval system for ERM to manage approximately one million forms, inspections, diagrams, photographs, and technical reports. This in-house solution was delivered at a fraction of the cost that would have been paid if a vendor package were purchased.
