| Customer Relationship Management (CRM) |
The CRM system which is currently under development will be used by an enhanced Water Utilities Call Center. It will allow customer service representatives to record contact information and assist in determining the resolution path by assigning a code for each call that comes into the center. Such calls may be handled through CIS for account related issues or service orders or through Maximo for service request and Work Orders. The CRM system will interface with both Maximo and CIS systems to track and display all information for a given incident, service location or a customer contact. The CRM system is the proposed solution to replace COM. This new system should be capable of taking all customer complaints and routing them to either CIS or Maximo based on the service type and will primarily be used as a Customer Relationship Management system. |
