• Hosting the Occupational Licensing application for the U.S. Virgin Islands by providing online access via a link on a newly designed website.
• Hosting and managing the U.S. Virgin Islands' Exchange Mail services including access via Webmail and Blackberry phones.
• Expanding the County's fiber optic network to include municipalities, educational institutions, other taxing districts, and non-profit organizations. To-date, 26 organizations have linked to the network with another 18 in progress, and 17 new connections planned for later this year. These numbers are growing weekly.
• Provide access to the Florida LambdaRail and Northwest Regional Data Center via the County's fiber network. Palm Beach County is the only local government in Florida to be hardwired into the Florida LambdaRail network.
• Partnering with the League of Cities to host an online Lobbyist Registration System for all Palm Beach County municipalities.
• Hosting a Time Entry Application for the Supervisor of Elections.
• Document scanning projects for the Supervisor of Elections.
• Consumer Affairs Tracking System (CATS) software sold to U.S. Virgin Islands, Broward County, and various Canadian provinces.
