At the January 22 Business Development Board quarterly luncheon in Boca Raton, County Commission Chairman Jeff Koons and BDB President Kelly Smallridge welcomed Adam Lippmann, CEO of the insurance firm Settlement Benefits Association. The Tampa company is moving its operations to Greenacres in District 2.
