Cooperative Extension Hosting Workshop on Food Manager Certification

Food Managers in food service establishments are required to take and pass the Food Manager Certification Coursework and test. This day of training includes a comprehensive review of the optional textbook materials in the morning and the test in the afternoon.
Please register and pay the appropriate fee through the following Web site: http://foodsafety.ifas.ufl.edu. The fee for the class, exam and textbook is $165. The class and exam only is $110. The retest (for those previous participants who failed the exam) is $75. Certificates are issued for a period of five years, upon passing the examination.
