Applications Being Accepted for OCR's 2011 Neighborhood Partnership Grant Program

Grants are available to formal and informal neighborhood and business associations for improvement projects in designated unincorporated areas of Palm Beach County. This is the 11th year the Office of Community Revitalization (OCR) has issued neighborhood partnership grants.

Examples of how these funds can be used include recreational improvements, entryways, right of way landscaping, exterior painting, tree planting, fencing and art murals.

Potential applicants must submit a letter of intent by May 6 and attend one of the application workshops to review the application criteria and grant guidelines.

The deadline for filing an application is June 24. Application packets are available at Vista Center, 2300 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, and may be downloaded from OCR’s website: www.pbcgov.com/ocr.
