Commissioner Burt Aaronson
toasted the audience with a glass of refreshing, crystal clear
tap water during dedication of the expanded Water Treatment
Plant 3 on March 17. The Water Utilities Department hosted the

plant's production capacity to 30 million gallons per day,
making it one of the largest water treatment plants of its kind
in the U.S. Cutting the ribbon (l-r) are Water Utilities Deputy
Director Leisha Pica, Director Bevin Beaudet, Rev. Harold
Hendren, Cantor Efraim Sapir, Assistant County Administrator Jon
Van Arnam, Sheldon Farber, Commissioner Aaronson, Water
