Commissioner Greene Co-Hosts District 2 Town Hall Meeting

On March 19, County Commission Chairperson Addie L. Greene co-hosted a town hall meeting in Greenacres with Vice Chair Jeff Koons.  Approximately 50 city council members, HOA representatives and citizens attended the gathering at Greenacres City Hall.

Residents received updates on gasoline tax funding, library projects, urban redevelopment and property tax reform. Residents were especially concerned about increasing traffic and asked for new signs and traffic calming devices at several locations in the city.
