About 50 residents attend Commissioner Santamaria’s March Community Forum

Commissioner Jess Santamaria hosted his monthly Community Forum at the “original” Wellington Mall where about 50 residents attended.

Guest speakers included Jorge Pesquera, President and CEO of the Palm Beach County Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) and Steve Delai, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Deputy Fire Chief.

Santamaria thanked residents for their continuing interest in the monthly meetings and he urged his constituents to get involved in County issues so their voices could be heard.

Pequera spoke about the top priorities for the CVB and his work to draw more tourists to the area. Delai gave residents an update on fire rescue services in the western communities.
