Palm Tran “Going Green” Event Monday

Reporters and photographers are invited to attend a celebration of Palm Tran “Going Green” on Monday, March 31. The event will take place at Palm Tran’s main operations center, 3201 Electronic Way, West Palm Beach, beginning at 10 a.m.

Palm Beach County commissioners, Governor Charlie Crist and U.S. Representatives Ron Klein and Tim Mahoney are slated to speak about the benefits of the transit system’s recent conversion to biodiesel fuel and nitrogen-filled tires.
