Public Invited to “Come Out & Play” Artist Reception at PBIA

Palm Beach County’s Art in Public Places program invites the public to    attend an artist reception at the Palm Beach International Airport on Wednesday, March 18, 2009, 5:30 - 7 p.m. in the Airport’s Concession Mall, Level 2 Main Terminal, across from Travelers Lounge. Parking is available in Short Term levels 4-7.

Guests can mingle with Palm Beach County artists whose photography, paintings, sculpture and mixed-media feature locals and tourists enjoying a variety of sports and leisure activities offered here in Palm Beach County. From team sports to individual pursuits, this exhibition highlights Palm Beach County’s year-round active lifestyle.

Come Out & Play! features Palm Beach County artists Penney Seider from Delray Beach; Don Durfee and Jackee Swinson from Lantana; Chari Rocafull from Lake Worth; Patricia Astudillo from Wellington; Patricia Whiting, Tony Arruza, Eduardo Mendieta, and Maria Amatulli from West Palm Beach; Gary Carpentier from Palm Beach; Susan Andreasen, Nina Golub, Michael Dubiner and Nancy Tilles from Palm Beach Gardens; Grant Williams, Sunny Quinn, Bryan Sullivan, and Lorrie Williamson from Jupiter; Naomi Gersh, Esther Wertheimer, and Mark Reichert from Boca Raton; and Robert Bailey and Joan Z. Faber from Singer Island.
