Tour For Life® 2009, sponsored by North Shore Animal League America, is coming to Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 from 2 to 7 p.m. located at 7100 Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach. Tour For Life is a nationwide initiative to promote the adoption of shelter pets. North Shore Animal League’s Mobile Adoption Unit, is on a cross-country life saving mission, working with more than 100 animal rescue groups, shelters and humane organizations across the nation. Animal Care and Control is the first stop for the 2009 tour!
The adoption event will showcase various animal rescues and shelters throughout the county, with animals of all size, shape, and color available for adoption. There will also be several animal-related vendors and a prize drawing.
