Community residents are welcome to visit from 10 a.m. to noon for other activities. Hot dogs will be served following the ceremony.
The new spay/neuter clinic will open to county residents on April 1. The goal of the facility is to sterilize more than 5,000 animals each year. The surgery is free to Palm Beach County residents with a $25 fee for the required rabies vaccination, license tag and microchip. Residents may start calling 561-924-5657 now to make appointments to have their pets sterilized.
