At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on April 4, 2006, Commissioner McCarty presented a proclamation to County Library Community Relations Division Head Kathy Boyes (left) and Darlene Kostrub (right), Executive Director of the Palm Beach County Literacy Coalition, declaring the month of April 2006 as “Read Together Palm Beach County Month.”
