Proclamation to South Florida Water Management District

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on April 4, 2006, Commissioner Newell presented a proclamation to South Florida Water Management District Palm Beach County Service Center Director Fred Rapach declaring the month of April 2006 as “Water Conservation Month” in Palm Beach County.
