“Victims’ Rights Week”

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on April 10, 2007, Commissioner Mary McCarty (right) presented a proclamation to Sandi MacVane (left) declaring the week of April 22 - 28, 2007 as “Victims’ Rights Week” in Palm Beach County.
