Certificate of Appreciation to Vivian Palmer

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on April 10, 2007, Commissioner Jess R. Santamaria presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Vivian Palmer for her years of dedicated service to the Palms West Chamber of Commerce and Central Palm Beach County.
