Certification of Appreciation to Gail Nelson

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on May 1, 2007, Commissioner Warren Newell presented a Certification of Appreciation to Gail Nelson in recognition of dedicated service to Palm Beach County as a member of the Artificial Reef and Estuarine Enhancement Committee since 1988.
