Certificates of Appreciation to Volunteers from the Citizens Observer Patrol

At the June 3, 2008 Board of County Commissioners meeting, Commissioner Mary McCarty presented Certificates of Appreciation to a number of volunteers from the Citizens Observer Patrol who have demonstrated extraordinary efforts.  Not only have they assisted ensuring the safety of the citizens of our community during their patrols, but they have diligently removed thousands of illegal signs in the county rights of way.  Pictured above (l to r):  Capt.
