PBC - Com. Karen Marcus gives Animal Kindness Award to Zachary Bishop

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on July 11, 2006, Commissioner Marcus presented the 2006 Animal Kindness Award to Junior Recipient Zachary Bishop in recognition of his dedication and special care in fostering kittens.
