2006 Animal Kindness Award to Esther Bondareff

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on July 11, 2006, Commissioner Koons presented the 2006 Animal Kindness Award to Esther Bondareff in recognition of her exceptional kindness and lifetime dedication to wildlife conservation.
